The Cuisine offered in our Turtle restaurant is quite a surprise. Unlike many a Resort Dining experience, the choices offered in the "Turtle Restaurant" are varied & interesting. At breakfast, we offer a large variety including a surprise baked treat, along with local fruits, French toast and the things one expects. At night, one comes to look forward to the art of dining as each day, a new menu, is prepared for your pleasure. One will only see a repeat item, from soups to dessert, if you visit with us longer then two weeks. Our Chef's, who all started from the bottom, have all, been trained at Johnson & Wales as well as at the Culinary Institute of America. We are all very proud of their culinary results.
